Shuttle

Shuttle to and from the ceremony and reception

October 23, 2021 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

There is very limited parking at the venue. If you're staying in the Sherwood Forest community a shuttle service will be provided to before and during the wedding for pick up and drop off to your cabin. If you're staying elsewhere, please park at Smoky Mountain Ziplines (509 Mill Creek Rd, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863) . The shuttle service will leave from the parking lot at 4:00 PM. After the reception we suggest that you uber or lyft from your car to your accommodations.

Lodging Options

Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge both have all major hotel chains. Gatlinburg is more friendly for those who want to stroll through town every evening. If you prefer to drive around a little more, you may like Pigeon Forge better. No matter where you stay, you'll enjoy a variety of activities and access to Great Smoky Mountain National park. Both towns have unique feels, and you can find lodging to fit any budget. Because fall is the busiest time for the area, we suggest booking your lodging as soon as possible.

Sherwood Forest Resort by Vacasa

The bride and groom have rented cabins in the Sherwood Forest Resort for the wedding weekend. This is where the majority of guests will be staying and there will be a shutle service provided during the wedding for pick up and drop off to your cabin. The resort has many cabins avaliable for rent through several different rental companies. Airbnb

There are many different accommodation options through Airbnb in the area. Check out this option if you're looking for a unique place to stay for the weekend. We suggest searching near stoplight #10 if you're interested in being close to the venue, Gatlinburg if you'd like to be closer to the park, and Pigeon Forge if you'd like to be near more activities.

Flight

McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS)

The Knoxville airport is the closest major airport to Pigeon Forge. From TYS there is a 55 minute drive to the wedding venue and surrounding accommodations. For a larger airport with more direct flight options, you might want to choose Nashville International (BNA) and rent a car. However, if you’re flying in the day of the wedding, please keep in mind it's about a 3 hour drive (plus a time zone change) from Nashville to the venue.
