When and where?

We are hosting our wedding with Vecoma at the Yellow River! 4400 Vecoma Ln Snellville, GA 30039 Our ceremony starts at 6:00PM. Guests may arrive to the venue up to 30 minutes early, so please plan to arrive anywhere between 5:30PM and 5:50PM. A cocktail hour and dinner reception will immediately follow. Specific details can be found on the Schedule page.

How do I Rsvp?

Answer

To streamline the RSVP process, we are doing away with paper RSVPs! You can RSVP by heading to our RSVP page at the top. You'll be asked a couple of questions that we have for you, like who you plan to bring, what dietary restrictions you have, etc.

By when do I need to Rsvp?

Answer

We need our final headcount one month prior to our event date for planning purposes, so please RSVP by April 22nd, 2026. We will send out our final RSVP reminders about 1 week before that.

How can I give you a wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our event is your gift to us, but if you're feeling extra generous, please take a look at our Registry page. Amazon is our preferred registry, and we also have a honeymoon fund set up with Zola. You can also have a gift delivered to our home address - please reach out to us directly at colyssa26@gmail.com if you need this information. We'll only have so much space at the wedding venue, so that limits our ability to accept large gifts at the wedding, however we will have a designated area for cards at the reception. Thank you so much for anything extra you are able to give!

Can I bring a date?

We allow plus-ones only if they are named on your invitation and/or RSVP. If you would like to bring along anyone not already listed, please reach out to us directly at colyssa26@gmail.com.

Yes, we will allow children to come; we just need to know! If you have any children that are not listed on your RSVP that you'd like to bring with you, please reach out to us directly at colyssa26@gmail.com.

Can you recommend any nearby hotels or travel tips?

Answer

We have a ton of information on Hartsfield-Jackson (ATL) airport, hotels close to the wedding venue, and car rental information on the Travel page. We have also provided a list of things to do around the area under our Things To Do page. Stone Mountain Park is the closest attraction to our venue, only 14 minutes away, but we have also listed several Atlanta attractions, only 35 minutes from the venue.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot attached to the wedding venue. Parking is free.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We plan to have an outdoor ceremony on a lawn next to Vecoma's lush waterside forest. In the event of bad weather, we will move the ceremony to a covered deck. The reception will be indoors with access to the covered deck and the forest grounds, where there is a firepit close to the Yellow River.

How should I dress?

Answer

The most important thing to us is to make sure our guests are comfortable, so please wear whatever makes you feel your best! If you need us to put a label on attire, we're feeling a semi-formal/cocktail vibe. All we care about, though, is having you with us to celebrate!

Can we record or take pictures at the wedding?

Answer

We ask that you turn off all cell phones and not take any pictures or videos during the ceremony (from 6:00PM to 6:30PM). After the ceremony, you are free to use your phones and take as many pictures and videos as you please!

What will we have for dinner?

Answer

Our buffet-style dinner will consist of Honey Basil Chicken and Pesto Pasta (V, GF portions also available). Accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables, and a garden salad and served with rolls and butter. Dessert will include a slice of vanilla or chocolate cake with buttercream frosting. We will also serve chicken tenders as late-night bites.

What will we have to drink?

Answer

We will have a full open bar service available at the start of the cocktail hour. The bar will remain open from 6:30PM to 11:30PM. You'll be able to choose from a selection of Vecoma's house brand liquors, assorted red and white wines, draft beer, and champagne. We will also have various sodas, lemonade, iced tea, coffee, and LOTS of water.
