Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP using the website RSVP tab no later than October 1st. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we can't make exceptions and will have to mark you as a "no". We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, and we don't want to risk any hiccups in the planning process. We hope you understand. If you're having troubles please contact us at chris.victoria1003@gmail.com!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions at chris.victoria1003@gmail.com.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We want our wedding to be a joyous celebration for everyone and we plan to party into the night! So while your children are welcome to attend, festivities are definitely geared towards adults; so you may prefer to arrange childcare. Please let us know if you would like help making arraignments.

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Question

What is the weather like in Spokane, WA?

Answer

During the second week of November, you can expect temperatures to be around 40-45°F during the day, with temps dipping to around 30-35°F at night. All wedding events will be held indoors!

Question

Will there be transportation be provided?

Answer

We are not providing any formal transportation for the events, but our ceremony and reception are taking place in the same place. There is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving, and Uber/Lyft is a great option for those who don’t. The hotel provides paid for parking at a daily rate.

Question

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

If you plan to go exploring outside of the Spokane area, then a car may be nice for your own convenience. But if you're just planning to fly in and hang around where the wedding is, there is no need for a rental car. The Spokane airport is only 15 minutes from the venue where the wedding will be held and downtown Spokane is just a short 5 minute walk over the river. Spokane has plenty of ride share or taxi options and you would save on the hotel parking fee.

Question

I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate that with you?

Answer

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs. The full menu with sides will be listed once the date gets closer!

Question

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are wheelchair and handicap accessible, as there are multiple elevators to bring you to the Skyline ballroom.

Question

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the immediate family of the couple will be taking pictures for around an hour. Guests can head downstairs to the first floor where snacks and drinks will be flowing. Dinner will be served around 6 pm, with dancing to follow.

Question

Are there any other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

We are having an informal night before get together on Friday evening before the wedding! We are planning to head to Zola, 22 W Main Ave, Spokane, WA, around 8:00PM for a few drinks and live music and would love to see you there if you're around!
