Jordan Kennington

Officiant

Jordan, and her husband Luke, were our first "couple friends". Colton and Luke, who had been friends in middle school, reconnected in 2017 when Colton moved back to his hometown of Lancaster. We would often meet up with them on the weekends when Tori would visit Lancaster during the medium-distance relationship days before Colton moved to Greensboro to attend law school. The four of us bonded over our mutual love of board games (specifically Catan), craft beer, and a good conversation over a home-cooked meal. Luke and Jordan have a sign in their entry that says: Build a longer table, not a taller fence. And we feel that they never fail to do this. Jordan embodies what every Christian should strive to be- generous, kind, loving, and accepting. We couldn't imagine a better person to be our officiant as we strive to embody these same characteristics with each other throughout our marriage. Jordan currently works as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is in the midst of writing a novel and enjoys spending time outside with Luke and their son.

Kristy Heath

Maid of Honor

I met Kristy during my sophomore year at Wofford. We were roommates during our junior and senior years. The invisible string, Kristy actually knew Colton for about a year before I met him, and is officially credited with planting the seed in Colton's head to ask me out on a date- and the rest is history. After graduating from Wofford, Kristy moved to Memphis to obtain her Doctorate of Optometry and currently practices in Columbia, SC. She is currently engaged and enjoys Orangetheory, cooking, and watching Friends on repeat (and they were roommates).

Megan Self

Matron of Honor

I don't actually remember when I met Megan- I just remember being friends. I think it was around 7th grade when we were in social studies together. Some of our favorite memories are from senior year of high school when Megan, Jane, and I would cook each other dinner and watch our favorite show together, Pretty Little Liars. Megan currently works as a Nurse Practitioner in Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine. She married her high school sweetheart, Alex, and enjoys gardening, traveling, and being outdoors with Alex and their daughter.

Jane Teddy

Matron of Honor

Jane and I first met in 7th grade when we were both a part of Middle School United Nations. We were both assigned to represent Sweden (along with Megan's now husband, Alex). Some of our favorite memories include volunteering together at our local library. Jane graduated from Clemson University, and works as a Senior Materials Industrialization Engineer for Michelin. She also married her high school sweetheart, Brennan.

Ashton Amos

Bridesmaid

Ashton and I met during our freshman year of high school during tennis team tryouts. We went on to play as doubles partners during our senior year. We have historically been asked if we are sisters when out in public and we not-so-secretly love it. Ashton obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and currently works as an ER Nurse. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her fiance, Luke, and their two dogs.

Victoria Minninger

Bridesmaid

I met Victoria during my sophomore year at Wofford. We both attended a culinary arts abroad trip where we spent the month of January traveling through France, attending cooking classes, tasting a range of foods and wines, and touring castles, monuments, and museums. Victoria obtained her Master of Arts in Teaching Elementary Education and now lives in Tennessee with her husband, Koury, and their two sons. Victoria is a Captain in the South Carolina National Guard and has a goal of reading 55 books this year.

Virginia Wethington

Bridesmaid

Ginny and I officially met during college when we worked as summer camp counselors together (although we knew of each other through mutual friends for several years prior to that). Our favorite memories together are from summer nights and long talks on the beach at Fripp Island where we were both on a team to work "Camp in a Van". Ginny currently works as a Public Relations Account Manager after obtaining her Masters in Strategic Communication from UNC Chapel Hill. She now lives in Virginia with her husband Parker.

Shelby Ladd

Bridesmaid

Shelby and I met a few years ago while both attending PA school at Charleston Southern University. Shelby now works as a Physician Assistant in Orthopedic Surgery and lives outside of Charlotte with her husband Bryon and their adorable chocolate lab puppy, Moose.

Emma Shaffer

Bridesmaid

Emma and I met during our first year of PA school and bonded over our mutual love of charcuterie-board apartment get-togethers, cats, and Daniel Island. She currently works as a Physician Assistant in Gynecologic Oncology and lives in Cincinnati.

Steven Hendryx

Best Man

My best friend from what might as well be birth considering he was born just a day before me, Steven is every bit my foil as he is my counterpart. I think that if someone wasn’t there to stop us we could sit and argue about the grass growing because we would run out of everything else. I can look back on so many formidable memories and Steven is right there. Always supportive and unwaveringly loyal to everyone he loves. I’m lucky enough to call him my best friend, let alone my Best Man. After graduating from Clemson University, Steven moved to Atlanta with his wife to attend Georgia State University College of Law. He currently lives in Hartsville, SC with his wife and their son.

Alec Biese

Groomsman

Alec and I met our Junior year but were not truly friends until senior year. If you ask either of us, we’ll tell you that was way too late. Although you could probably say it’s also a good thing After graduating from Wofford, Alec attended PA school at Marquette University. He currently works as a Physician Assistant in ENT in Massachusetts.

Richard Brown

Groomsman

I became friends with Richard pretty quickly since he and William lived on the same hall. If I wasn’t in my room or studying Freshman year, I was probably hanging out on that hall. So much so that Richard and Will decided I would be a good roommate in the Senior Village my Junior year (I was not). Some of our favorite memories are from our trip to Budapest together in 2016. Following his graduation from Wofford, Richard obtained his MD from University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He enjoys traveling when he gets time off from his Residency at Pitt.

Ian Clevenger

Groomsman

I met Ian when Mikey asked if I wanted to go watch WWE with his brother. By senior year at Wofford we were roommates with God-only-knows how many ping pong matches between us. (I’m definitely under .500 but only because he beats me mentally. I am better.) Ian currently works as an Account Manager at Milliken & Company. He enjoys working out and playing golf, and lives in the Upstate with his wife.

Mikey Clevenger

Groomsman

“Who’s the meat head?” I met Mikey, William, and Spencer our first night as pledge brothers on the back porch of the Kappa Sigma house. Mikey and I were probably quoting a movie back and forth 2 hours later. After graduating from Wofford, Mikey obtained his DPT from East Tennessee State University. He currently works as a Physical Therapist and lives in Upstate South Carolina with his wife and their two kids.

Luke Kennington

Groomsman

I don’t think I could say when I first met Luke, but it was probably playing rec-league soccer in elementary school. Between moving schools and going to different colleges, Luke and I lost touch until I moved back home. We consider Luke and Jordan our first “couple friends” and I’m so happy that both of them are a part of our lives and our wedding. Luke currently lives in Lancaster with his wife, Jordan, and their son, Finn. Luke is a Sergeant in the National Guard and just finished a year-long deployment in Africa. He enjoys working out and spending time outdoors.

William O'Connell

Groomsman

“Who’s the string bean?” I remember thinking that William and I could be good friends when we met. I can thank William for nurturing the granola side of me which I think helped with wooing Tori Beth. The most important thing about William though, is that he is the embodiment of kindness and altruism and I’m just thankful to be his friend. Will currently works as a Software Developer. He enjoys fly-fishing and golfing, and he has been known to tie his own flies and make his own putters (shout out Willow Putter Co). He currently lives in Beaufort with his wife and their daughter.

Spencer Thomas

Groomsman

“Aw, not the guy with the hat.” My first impression of Spencer was him walking across campus wearing one of those English flat-caps. Spencer didn’t make that first impression last though because he is one of the most dedicated and hardworking human beings I have ever met with loyalty to match Steven. I’m very lucky to have had him as a friend as we traversed Wofford together. Without Spencer I don’t think I would have made it to Senior year to meet Tori Beth. Spencer is currently obtaining his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law. He enjoys playing disc golf and quoting Tombstone.
