The Welcome Party will be held at The Dunhill Hotel, located at 237 N Tryon St in Uptown Charlotte, on Friday from 8:30 pm - 10:30 pm. Parking for this event is in the parking garage located behind The Dunhill Hotel. Please take your parking slip to the front desk to be scanned for complimentary parking. We would love for you to drop by and say hello! Whether you stay for a while or just pop in, we'd be thrilled to see you.
The ceremony will start at 5:00 pm. Please arrive at 4:30 pm to be seated and enjoy the music prior to the ceremony.
Our wedding will take place at The Hotel Concord in Concord, NC. For those arriving via rideshare (Uber, Lyft etc.), you can use the following address of the venue: 14 Union Street North, Concord, NC 28025. There is no on-site venue parking. For those who plan to drive themselves and park, you will use the following address for the nearby public parking garage: 28 Cabarrus Avenue West, Concord, NC 28025. Parking is free on the weekends, and overnight parking is allowed with the requirement to vacate by 11:00 am the following morning.
The attire for our wedding is Black Tie Optional. We love any opportunity to get dressed up, and we hope our wedding will be a fun chance for you to celebrate with us in style. With that being said, we want all of our guests to feel comfortable, so please wear whatever makes you feel your best on our special day.

No. The Hotel Concord is located in the heart of Historic Downtown Concord and is one of the oldest historic hotels in the area. However, The Hotel Concord has been renovated as an event venue and does not have on-site lodging.
We will only be able to accommodate the guests listed in your RSVP portal. We have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult-only event. We hope that this advance notice allows parents to enjoy an evening of relaxation and celebration with us!
The entrance to The Hotel Concord is handicap accessible via chairlift. There are a few flights of stairs throughout the venue that are bypassable via ramp.
