What time can guest enter the venue?

Answer

Guest will not be permitted into the venue until 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Answer

Smith Mountain Manor is strictly a nonsmoking venue.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Due to the nature of the venue, this will be an adults only event. There is an open pool patio and several stairs at the venue which would require extreme supervision, so for the safety and enjoyment of all guests the couple is asking for children to not be in attendance.

Where should I park?

Answer

When entering the venue lot, guest parking will be located to the right in the grass down the gravel path. There will be limited handicap parking located on the left of the building if needed, please let Kristin or Colton know so plans can be made.

What time is the wedding?

4:00pm - 8:30pm

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

No. The couple is having an unplugged ceremony to allow guests to focus and enjoy the moment and to allow the professional photography and videography team to capture the moment.

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Yes, there will be a reception with dinner and dancing following the ceremony.

What is the dress code?

Semi-formal, please refrain from shorts or jeans.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

While the ceremony and reception will mainly be indoors, there will be a nice patio option for cocktail hour, pictures, and socializing.
