What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are encouraging a semi-formal dress code for our wedding.

What are your wedding colors?

Answer

Our wedding colors are dusty blue and sage green. The bridesmaids will be wearing dusty blue dresses and the groomsmen with be wearing navy blue suits.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Laramie summers tend to be more mild with the high altitude compared to most places. Temperatures greatly fluctuate with highs in mid 80s and lows down into the 40s at night. Wyoming weather is also known to be unpredictable, it could be sunny one moment and raining and windy the next. A light jacket wouldn't be a terrible idea for the evenings. We also recommend packing layers and a rain jacket for your trip just in case. The wedding ceremony will be outside and the reception will be indoors.

Where can I stay?

Answer

We have a hotel block set up at Fairfield Inn under the group name Davidson and Beale Wedding. This hotel is down the road from the venue and has a discounted rate for the weekend. You must call to be booked under the block. There are several other hotels in Laramie to choose from as well as several airbnb options.

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those that are formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We request no little ones on this night except for immediate family. We love your little ones, we really do, but if they are not indicated on your invitation, leave them at home and enjoy the night! If you have any questions, please reach out.

When should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

Ceremony will promptly start at 4pm. We ask you aim to arrive 30 minutes early to ensure you arrive comfortably on time and to avoid any interruptions during the ceremony.

What are the transportation/parking options?

Answer

Transportation to Laramie will be up to you depending on your travel method. Denver International Airport is a two hour drive away and the Laramie Regional Airport is five minutes from the venue. A transportation option to and from the venue TBD. There is plenty of free parking at the venue if you decide to drive your own vehicle. Please be safe!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

If you can't make it to the wedding at any point know you will be dearly missed! Please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan our wedding accordingly. We are asking for an RSVP deadline of May 1st! If you need to change your RSVP, you can reach out to us directly or edit your RSVP on the website.

Can I take pictures/videos?

Answer

We would like to request an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we kindly ask all phones silenced and put away during the ceremony. We have a photographer capturing the moments during the ceremony and we do not want any phones in our photos. During the reception, please feel free to take as many photos as you wish and we would love if you shared them with us as well!

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Answer

The venue owners request no vaping or smoking cigarettes/cigars on property.
