COVID-19...?

Answer

In light of COVID-19, we are asking all attendees to take the precautions outlined below to ensure a safe and joyous occasion for all guests in attendance. The health, safety and comfort level of our guests are very important to us, especially the elderly and those who may be immunocompromised or at-risk.

Is the event indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour are scheduled to take place outdoors (weather permitting). The dinner will take place indoors, with limited covered outdoor seating available. If you have a preference to be seated outside for dinner, please include this in your RSVP response, and we will do our best to accommodate the request. For the dance reception, both indoor and outdoor open seating will be available.

Are masks required?

Answer

Anyone not fully vaccinated is asked to wear a mask (especially while indoors) at the event. Masks will be provided for anyone who might need one.

What other measures are being taken?

Answer

Due to transmissible nature of the Omicron and Delta variants, all guests should consider obtaining a COVID test leading up to the event. However, as is the case for most establishments, this is especially important for those who are not fully vaccinated. We will have plenty of hand sanitizers available.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we LOVE your little ones, this is an adult only affair.

What if I have a food allergy?

Answer

Please include your any allergies in your RSVP and we will notify the caterer.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, free parking will be available at the venue.

Question

Will there be transportation to the wedding venue?

Answer

UPDATED 1/2/22 - We will have one shuttle transporting guests from Hotel Zaza to the venue from 3PM to 7PM. The shuttle fits 10 people, so we suggest being downstairs by 5:20-5:30 to catch a ride. All shuttle riders will be asked to wear a mask. However, with the venue less than a mile from all of the recommended hotels, Uber and Lyft are also excellent options. If you wish to take your own vehicle, free parking is available at the venue. Guests will need to coordinate their transportation after the wedding.
