Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Our wedding hotel block is at the Kona Kai where the wedding will be held. There are several other beautiful hotels on Shelter Island and nearby. AirB&B is also a great option for families and larger groups staying in the area. Ocean Beach and Point Loma are both great areas and easily accessible by car to all wedding activities.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is discounted parking for all our guests during the wedding or free street parking near the resort. For guests staying at the Kona Kai, you will receive discounted overnight parking during your stay.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids but this weekend will be an adults only celebration!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is formal/ black tie optional. Tuxedos are welcome but by no means necessary. Long dresses and suits are perfect!
