Shuttles to and from Lion Rock Farm

October 21, 2023 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Transportation to the venue is being provided from accommodations around Lake Waramaug. There is only one trip to the venue for each address, so please be ready to be picked up at these times or you will have to find your own way! Shuttle 1 66 Squire Hill Rd (The Polizzotto’s House) - 2:30 pm 244 West Shore Rd (The Cammacks) - 2:50pm 22 Hopkins Road (Hopkins Inn and 3 Bliss Rd) - 3:05pm Shuttle 2 2 June Road and 78 East Shore Rd - 3:00pm - note: the shuttle is stopping at intersection of June rd and E Shore Rd. 387 Lake Rd (The Boulders & The Tennis House) - 3:10pm - note: the shuttle will only be stopping at the 387 Lake Rd. driveway Return There will be two rounds of shuttles returning to your accommodations. The first shuttles leave Lion Rock Farm at 9:15 The final shuttles will leave at 10:30.

The Hopkins Inn & Restaurant

A quaint inn overlooking Lake Waramaug. The Inn is reserved for select family members. Even you aren't staying a the Inn, it's restaurant serves delicious Austrian cuisine and is a great place for breakfast.

House Or Rental

The Boulders

This rental is reserved for bride and groom's college and childhood friends. If you fall into either of these categories, keep an eye out for an email from us before booking other accommodations.

If you'd rather stay in a house over a hotel, there are many great options on airbnb and vrbo. Rentals located near New Preston/Lake Waramaug, Lion Rock Farm/Sharon, or in between may be included on our shuttle route. See shuttle the section on this page for more info.

Metro North

To get to the area easily from NYC without a car, you can take the Metro North's Harlem line from Grand Central or Harlem - 125th Street. Depending on your accomodation, you'll likely take it to one of the following stops... - Harlem Valley Wingdale - Dover Plains - Wassaic

Laguardia Airport

While you can fly into any NYC airport, Laguardia is typically the most convenient. From Laguardia, you can either take the Metro North, rent a car, or carpool.
