What about Covid-19?

Answer

We waited till 2022 in the hopes of a real wedding with hugs and dancing. The ceremony and reception will be outside. We are vaccinated and hope you are as well. That being said, we're taking as many precautions as we can and will keep everyone updated on things as we get closer to summer 2022.

What does "Fabulous Frocks Encouraged (Meadow friendly)" really mean?

Answer

We love seeing our people shining, in the clothes that make them feel fabulous. Beautiful, sassy, elegant, dapper, fun. Please come wearing what feels delicious. Think jumpsuits, LBD, dressy sundresses, floral prints & linen, hats, suits, vests, bowties, and don't forget your dancing shoes! The wedding ceremony and reception will both be held in a meadow/field so please bring the appropriate foot wear.

Where should I stay?

Answer

There are several hotel options and lots of Air B&Bs in Paonia, as well as camping options. We recommend you secure your housing early as Paonia is a popular destination in the summer and things tend to fill up. We also have a google docs for sharing housing with other wedding guests. When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We'd like to have a good idea by the 14th of February 2022. If things shift for you afterwards and you've already RSVP'd please just reach out to us and let us know your change of plans.

What's the altitude of Paonia?

Answer

Paonia sits at 5,682 feet above sea level. Drink PLENTY of water, rest and don't forget your sunscreen.

Will this be a child-friendly wedding?

Answer

Yes. If you want to bring your little ones, they are welcome.
