Collins viewpoint: God sent down a holy shining light on this lady as I attended a soundboard conference at a local church. I knew at this moment I would have to at least get her to talk to me. I did and managed to get her to the first walk. Victory!! Fast forward through treacherous ice hikes, crazy bridges, mudslides, late-night talks and wild food she decided I was taking too long to ask her out and I found myself asked out. After that her fate was sealed, she is stuck with me now. I knew that marriage was in the cards and a proposal date set. Now you’re here reading a tale that kinda sounds like the start of an adventure of DnD. Krista’s viewpoint: We met at a sound conference. And he did have the nerve to make the first move. At least in friendship. He asked me for coffee and a walk. We spent 2 hours that walk making our way around Ward Lake (he would eventually propose in memory of that walk). Many walks, game nights, and adventures later I got sick of not knowing where I stood with him. I told him how I felt and we started dating. We both kinda knew that either we would realize we were better off as friends or that this would lead to marriage. Well here we are people! And I couldn’t be happier. P.s Facts P.s.s.
