UPDATE 8/23 There are still rooms available at BOTH The Marriott & The Graduate. If for some reason the link does not work for you - please contact the hotels via phone. I have listed both of their numbers below. The Marriott: contact is Charlie Lane, and his phone number is 434-817-2658 The Graduate: contact is Kristina Johnson and her phone number is 434-220-0168 If you want to stay at another hotel, I have listed another 2 options below. But, please note shuttle service is not provided anywhere else other than the Marriott/Graduate. You could always Uber from a different hotel to catch the shuttle or leave your car overnight at the venue free of cost. Thank you and looking forward to seeing all our loved ones!

This going to be the best airport to fly into. RIC is about a 1 hour and 24 minute drive to the Courtyard by Marriott/The Graduate.

If you can’t fly into Richmond for some reason, DC is always an option - but it’ll be a long drive from there. From this airport to the Courtyard by Marriott/The Graduate is 2 hours and 18 minutes.
