Mehndi, Haldi & Sangeet Event

Mehndi (Henna): event that includes music, dancing, food and the application of henna designs --> which symbolize good luck, beauty, and prosperity (guests are welcome to get this done during the event, we will have four artists creating designs for everyone) Haldi: pre-wedding tradition where a turmeric paste is applied to the bride and groom's skin --> symbolizing blessings, purification and good fortune (family member's of both sides apply the paste onto the bride and groom) Sangeet: a night of music, dancing and feasting --> where families gather to celebrate the upcoming marriage and connect with each other. The word "sangeet" translates to "sung together" in Sanskrit.
