850 Gallatin Field Rd, Belgrade, MT 59714, USA Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport is the closest and most convenient airport for our wedding weekend, and it’s known for being incredibly easy to navigate. Livingston is about 35–40 minutes from the airport, and Sage Lodge is about 50 minutes away, located about 30 minutes past Livingston. The airport offers several transportation options, including rental cars, shuttles, local car services, taxis, and rideshares.

We recommend booking your room as soon as possible. Summer/Fall is the hotel’s busiest season, and rooms will sell out quickly. The cutoff date for the room block is Wednesday, August 12, 2026. If you would like to extend your stay by adding pre- or post- event nights at the group rate, you must first reserve at least one of the main nights using the booking link. Located across from the Fairfield Inn Marriott and 30 minutes from Sage Lodge. This is another convenient option for guests staying in Livingston. We recommend booking ASAP as rooms do fill up fast. We have a room block under “Doyle-Anderson Wedding.” To use this rate, please CALL to make your reservation. You’ll be able to take advantage of the complimentary shuttle for the welcome party and wedding day.

Sage Lodge is where both our welcome party and wedding will be! They offer a variety of on-site accommodations, including lodge guest rooms and spacious Ranch Houses that sleep up to 16 guests, great for families or groups traveling together. If a room or ranch house is something your interested in, reach out to Colleen and she can check with Sage Lodge about a possible discount. The lodge features two restaurants, a full-service spa, outdoor hot tubs, walking trails, fly-fishing access, and year-round outdoor activities. It’s also about 35 minutes from the North Entrance of Yellowstone National Park for anyone looking to explore the area before or after the celebration. Note: As of 1/9, there are only 9 hotel rooms left on property. If you plan to book, we recommend doing so as soon as possible!

Located about 30 minutes from Livingston and 5 minutes from Sage Lodge. Chico Hot Springs is an affordable option in Pray, MT. Chico has activities onsite like horseback riding, guided hiking adventures, etc. This is a good spot to stay if you are doing park adventures and don't mind some Montana, local, rustic flare! If you book with Chico, we recommend the following rooms/cabins (based on our tour): - Lower Lodge (402-430) -- Hotel room style built in the 80s - Cabins (702-706) -- Cabin Style - Fisherman's Lodge (800-812) -- Hotel room style built in the 80s - If you have a rental car to get up the hill: Cabins 707, 708, 605, 604 have stunning views of the Paradise Valley and are adorable -Warren's Wing -- Hotel room style in the main building. Older rooms / decor. NOTE: We don't recommend booking a room in the "main lodge" as these rooms are in a very old building, feature a shared bathroom for the entire floor and are in close proximity to the saloon. **TRANSPORTATION: If you end up booking at Chico, please let Colleen know. Sage Lodge will assist with transportation to and from the venue for both the night before and the day of the wedding.**

Located about 20 minutes from Livingston and 20 minutes from Sage Lodge. Under Canvas North Yellowstone is a fun, outdoorsy option if you’re looking for something a little more adventurous for the weekend. The tents are super cozy and have real beds, wood-burning stoves, and private or en-suite bathrooms, so it truly feels like glamping in the best possible way. The whole property has amazing mountain views, firepits, and plenty of places to relax and unplug. And just a heads-up I learned the hard way: there is no full-length mirror in the tents, so girls… plan accordingly.
