O'Hare International Airport

There are two main airports in Chicago, O'Hare and Midway. Depending on which airline you choose to fly, Midway may be cheaper; O'Hare, however, is much more convenient. O'Hare is on the north side of the city and is a hub for United.

Midway is on the inner southwest side of the city. It is a much longer drive up to the north suburbs. There are sometimes cheaper flights coming here.

Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport

For people not from northern Illinois, this may seem counterintuitive, however flying into Milwaukee could be a better choice. Depending on the flights you're looking at, they can be cheaper than flying into a Chicagoland airport. Additionally, the drive is equivalent or faster than driving to O'hare and is definitely closer than Midway.
