On Saturday, from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, we’ll have three amazing food trucks serving dinner at our wedding. Here’s what they’ll be offering: Cecilia's Empanadas: A variety of delicious empanadas, including pollo (chicken), berenjena (eggplant), espinaca (spinach), and tomate (tomato), along with tasty sides. Carolina Ace BBQ: Enjoy Carolina pulled pork sandwiches, southern fried chicken sandwiches, jumbo wings baskets, or pulled pork nachos. Sides include mac 'n' cheese, baked beans, or coleslaw. Mill Town Brick Oven: Serving wood-fired pizzas, including pepperoni, cheese, Hawaiian, and veggie options.
We highly encourage you to camp onsite for the weekend—it’s the best way to soak in the full experience! There’s plenty of space for tents, and if you’re bringing an RV, please let us know in advance. From Friday to Sunday, you’ll have access to two gorgeous freshwater lakes for swimming, trails for hiking and mountain biking, and the serene beauty of our outdoor venue. Portable restrooms and showers will be available for your convenience. If camping isn’t your style, we recommend staying at the Holiday Inn & Suites (9 Brian Blvd, Arden). It’s conveniently located and serves as the meeting point for shuttle pick-up and drop-off.
