Dress Code: Western. Go all out, we love a theme. Boots, hats, fringe, denim, bolo ties, big belt buckles. The bolder the better.
We want to welcome all of our guests with a bang. Welcome to the Wild West, Colorado, and our wedding weekend. Join us at the oldest bar west of the Mississippi, where Colleen has worked for years and where Jake and Colleen first realized they might be more than friends. It’s the perfect place to channel your inner cowboy or cowgirl and kick off the celebration. Drinks and food will be available for purchase at your own tab. Continue the night out at our favorite local bars (all within a 2 minute walk) and let’s start the weekend right!

Outdoor Yoga

Dress Code: Yoga attire. Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving and stretching in. Layers encouraged for cool mountain mornings.
An optional group activity to slow down and truly enjoy the mountain views and fresh alpine air. Join the bride and groom for outdoor yoga at the base of Copper Mountain! This all-levels free class that the mountain puts on. Come stretch, breathe, and soak it all in together!
Rehearsal Dinner
4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Dress Code: Mountain casual. Think sundresses, button-downs, and nice jeans, with comfortable shoes and layers for an evening outside by the water.
We want as much time as possible with all of our guests, so everyone is invited to the rehearsal dinner. Join us at the Frisco Marina for a relaxed evening by the water, featuring a food truck serving personal gourmet pizzas with gluten-free and dairy-free options, fresh salads, and drinks. We’ll have live music, lawn games, and plenty of time to mingle. Come ready for a fun, casual night to kick off the celebration. The Frisco Marina is an amazing place to spend the day, so feel free to come early. Go paddle boarding, relax by the lake, stroll the rec path, or walk right over to Frisco Main Street to explore the shops and restaurants before the festivities begin.

Dress Code: Mountain cocktail. Think formal with a Colorado twist. Suits, floor-length dresses, or cocktail dresses are all welcome. We’ll be in the mountains, so bring layers and smart shoes. The bride is going all out and just wants you to feel confident. Be festive. Be you.
The wedding! What we’re all here for! Plan to ride the chairlift or gondola up the mountain and please be at the base of the American Flyer lift by 4:00 p.m. so you can make it up in time for our 4:30 ceremony. After we say “I do,” join us for cocktail hour featuring our favorite local live bluegrass band, followed by dinner and dancing with a DJ and photo booth to keep the celebration going.
The After Party

Dress Code: Come as you are, or head back to your room and change into something cozy before the after party.
Steps away from the gondola you’ll ride down after the wedding, you’ll find a lively Irish pub where we can ring in Colleen’s birthday at midnight and celebrate the bride and groom into the wee hours of the night. Stay for a pint, a toast, or the full after-party experience, then stumble back to your hotel rooms when the time feels right. We hope you’ll join us and keep the celebration going!

Come celebrate Colleen’s birthday with us and send us off before we head out on our mini honeymoon! We’ll be at our good friend Grace’s donut shop right at the base of Copper, just steps from your hotel, from 9–11 a.m. Drop in anytime to give us a goodbye hug and let us help cure any possible hangover with donuts and coffee. 🍩☕
