4 bedrooms - Relax with family and friends at our BRAND NEW Bobcat Bungalow! You'll make memories in our large, open floorplan that easily lends itself to entertaining and group gatherings. This home is only 5 minutes away from the Square and 10 away from the Outlet mall. The river is also just around the corner so bring your inner tubes and bikinis! There are a ton of new restaurants less than a minute away by car. We LOVE our neighbors here and so will you.

There is also a retro pool/tub in the back for use as well (May-September). We are 10 Houses from the Beautiful San Marcos River and River Access through TST or Don's. Float, Tube, Relax, Texas State Tubes and Dons Fish Camp all within walking distance. Please keep in mind that we live here and have a family. 25+ age requirement. 6 guests
