When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Since our wedding is a destination celebration, we welcome “soft RSVPs” at any time to help with planning. Kindly submit your official RSVP by February 1, 2027.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

While we adore your little ones, this celebration is for adults only. Think of it as your excuse for a kid-free date night.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please include any food allergies or dietary restrictions in your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is semi-formal. Since our venue is a tropical botanical garden in sunny Florida, we encourage guests to wear bright, vibrant colors and have fun with tropical or floral prints! What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving around 4:30 PM to get settled before the 5:00 PM ceremony. A shuttle from the hotel, The Staybridge Suites, will be available for your convenience.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our venue, Sunken Gardens, offers nearly 200 complimentary parking spaces shared with Great Explorations and Carrabba’s. Additional overflow parking is available at Crescent Lake Park if needed, just a short walk from the Gardens, please use the crosswalk for safety. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also readily available throughout the city of St. Petersburg and are a great transportation option.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle service running to and from the hotel, The Staybridge Suites, to the venue. The venue is a short drive (less than 10 minutes) from the hotel.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! For guests that want to continue celebrating, we will be heading to a bar in downtown St. Pete after the reception concludes. More details to come.
