What is the dress code for the ceremony & reception?
Answer
Funky formal attire. Dress to impress. We'll be outdoors on grass, so please choose your footwear and attire accordingly.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
While the wedding itself will be ADULTS ONLY, you may bring your kids to enjoy the property on Friday night to the Welcome Party, on Saturday before the Wedding festivities, & on Sunday morning for the Bagel Breakfast. Reach out to Peri or Colin with any questions.

Do i have to pay extra for breakfast?
Answer
Nope! We're so happy and grateful you're joining us. Consider breakfast on Saturday and Sunday as our little thank-you gift to you. That said, there are plenty of great food spots just 10 minutes away from the property to keep you well-fed and happy! Please see the Things to Do page for more details.

what's up with lodging on the property?
Answer
We’re hosting the entire wedding weekend at the beautiful Wilburton Inn so we can all truly slow down, connect, and enjoy this time together. With friends and family coming from all over the world, we want this to feel like more than just a single day of celebration. Lodging on the property and at Battenkill Mansion (0.5 miles down the road) is LIMITED. Rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis with rates ranging from $325–$604 total per room for the two-night minimum stay. Sharing is welcome! Please see the Travel & Lodging page for more details on lodging on the property and for additional lodging options located off the Wilburton property. If the lodging setup doesn’t work for you for any reason, just reach out to Peri or Colin and we’ll do our best to help!

Can I come hang out on the property even if I'm not staying there?
Answer
Yes! In between the planned wedding festivities you are more than welcome to come and enjoy the Wilburton property. We'd love the time for everyone to catch-up and mingle. Or feel free to come over and explore the amenities the property has to offer!
Question
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Answer
If you are staying on the property, then yes! You’re welcome to bring your own alcohol to enjoy during the weekend! Just a couple of notes, please don’t bring your own alcohol to any of the planned events like the Welcome Bonfire, Reception, or After-Party. We’ve got those covered! And no glass by the pool, for safety reasons of course.
