We are paying close attention to CDC guidelines in order to keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible. As of right now, we are moving forward with our current plans, however, that might change as the date gets closer. We will provide masks and will have sanitizing stations throughout the venue, however, if you or your party have been exposed to COVID-19, or do not feel well in the two weeks leading up to our wedding, we are asking you to consider our other guests and ask that you stay home. For our guests who do not live in Tulsa, there is a mask mandate for the city, just FYI. Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and flexibility during these trying times.
The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. The reception will be an indoor/outdoor event so please dress accordingly. We will be under a tent outside with patio heaters, so unless there's a blizzard or it's raining, please plan for some al fresco dining.
We love all of your children, however, because we have had to change up our plans (a few times), we only have a certain number of seats available so we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration (no young children). We hope you understand!
In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!
We are more than happy to make accommodations for dietary restrictions. Please indicate in the note section on your RSVP what your dietary needs are and we will make sure you have food to eat.
In an effort to save a few trees (and the bride and groom's sanity), all RSVP's must be submitted online. Let's be real-- we did the RSVP cards the first time, and we are not doing that all over again.
We are having an intimate ceremony right before our reception.
Our venue is in a residential area so there is only street-parking available. We are suggesting you use a ride-share service like Uber or Lyft (this way you can have fun and be safe!). If you do drive, please be respectful of the residents in the neighborhood and don't block any driveways.
No later than November 27th.
We sure do! We've secured a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown Tulsa. Just reference the "Raleigh and McCullough Wedding Block" when you book your room. The hotel provides 24/7 complimentary shuttle services to/from the airport. There is a parking garage directly next door to the hotel, but unfortunately, the hotel does not own it. The hotel does offer valet parking, or you can self-park in the parking garage for $8/day.
