FAQs

If you have any other questions other than those listed below or on another tab, please contact the bride or the groom directly.
Question

IMPORTANT POLICIES AND GUIDELINES FOR OUR VENUE:

Answer

1. There are designated smoking locations outdoors for cigarettes, vapes, and cigars. NO smoking of marijuana on the premises; you will be removed immediately. NO smoking of any kind or lighting up lighters in the tent. 2. No swimming or entering the pond at any time. Once the sun sets, the back side of the pond area will be closed. 3. No outside alcohol is allowed. Guests will be asked to turn it in or leave the premises.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

RSVPs should be made as soon as you are able, and no later than June 28th, 2027. If we do not hear from you by this date, we will assume that you are unable to make it and you will be marked as "not attending". We must provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony is outdoors and the reception is both, with the indoor area being under a large event tent. The ceremony will be moved indoors if there is inclement weather. Summer in Minnesota may bring about rain, so please plan attire accordingly.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation and should appear under your name when you RSVP (if for some reason it does not, please contact the bride). Due to our venue capacity, we can only accommodate guests named on the invitation. We spent time carefully choosing loved ones that we would like to spend our day with and want to keep the celebration personal to us.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we will be having an adults-only ceremony and reception. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can still join us for our special day!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love it if our guests would wear Garden Party attire - think florals, light button ups, khakis, and flowy dresses in pastel colors. We want you to be comfortable; however, we kindly request that you do not wear overly casual items such as flip-flops, t-shirts, or athletic clothing. Please keep in mind that much of the events are outside on grass when deciding on footwear.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that you plan to arrive no earlier than 3:45 pm and no later than 4:05 pm to allow time to park and find your seat. Parking is on-site - please follow the signs and parking attendants to the upper lot. For our handicapped and older guests, there is drop-off parking down by the tent, which is also designated by signs.

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

We kindly request that you enjoy the moment presently with us and leave cameras and cell phones in your purse or pocket during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture every detail of the wedding that we will share with you afterwards!

Question

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Cheers to an open bar all night! We will have beer, seltzers, and a selection of mixed drinks available. No shots will be served - this is venue policy. Last call will be at 10:30 pm. Please drink responsibly and plan to have a designated driver if needed.
