Flight
Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)
NYC has several airport options, but Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) is the closest and most convenient when traveling to Jersey City. EWR is 12 miles and will take about 25 minutes (depending on traffic). There are always Ride Shares (Ubers or Lyfts) and taxis available at the airport.

LaGuardia Airport (LGA) & John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK)
LGA and JFK are slightly further. LGA is 13 miles from Jersey City and about 50 minutes by car. JFK is 20 miles from Jersey City and about 1 hour by car. Both of these will vary depending on traffic. There are always Ride Shares (Ubers or Lyfts) and taxis available at the airport.
