Is there a dress code?

Black Tie: Black Tuxes and Formal Gowns are preferred. Gentlemen, please do your best to arrive in black. Think timeless and classic!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 4:30 for a welcome drink!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There isn’t parking directly at the venue, however there is free parking available at First Baptist Church nearby. You’ll also find free parking along Mimosa Blvd. Staff onsite will assist with arrival pattern

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, there will be no transportation to and from the hotel. We encourage use of Ubers/Lyft if needed as there should be plenty in the area

What is the Rehearsal Dinner attire?

Answer

Cocktail attire! Dresses for women, button down and blazer for men

When should I RSVP by?

No later than October 21st please!

We love all little ones, however, only immediate family children are invited. We hope you can still join us!

Please only bring those who are listed on your invitation.

The ceremony will be outside on a grass lawn. Chunky heels are your friend ladies!

Is there a Welcome Party?

Answer

There’s no official welcome party, but we’d love to meet everyone around Friday around 9:00 PM at the back bar of Gate City Brewery for some drinks! We can’t wait to see you all!
