Where will the ceremony be?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place in the outdoor gardens. Upon arrival, please enter through the main doors, where someone will greet you and direct you to the back gardens. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be held in the indoor botanical gardens. Please enter through the main doors, where you will be guided to the ceremony location.

Is there a dress code?

Dress Code: Semi‑Formal Weather permitting, the ceremony will be in the outdoor garden - so think dressy but garden friendly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love our friends’ and families’ kids and are so happy to have them join us for the ceremony and cocktail hour. We ask that the reception be an adults‑only celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. If you’re traveling with kids and need an in‑town babysitter, please contact Maggie and Joe directly—we’re happy to try to connect you with someone local we trust.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 4:45–4:50 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Late arrivals are kindly asked to wait to be seated until after the bride has walked down the aisle.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle will be provided from the Surety Hotel to the Botanical Gardens, with departures at 4:15 PM and 4:35 PM. All other guests may drive or take a rideshare.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

A large, free parking lot will be available for guests to use that evening.
