FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive between 15 and 20 minutes early so you may be seated before the ceremony begins. To help everything run smoothly, we kindly ask that guests arrive no earlier than 4:00 PM.

Question

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors. If the skies have other plans, we’ll say “I do” indoors. Cocktail hour will be held outdoors on a covered patio, followed by an indoor reception.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day, and are requesting cocktail attire for the evening. Men are encouraged to wear suits. Women can wear dresses in any length or style that they love. Please note that portions of the celebration will be outdoors, weather permitting, so we recommend dressing with New Hampshire’s June weather in mind. We kindly ask that you avoid shades traditionally reserved for the bride such as white, ivory, cream, and champagne. Come polished and party ready!

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Parking is available at the venue. If the drinks are flowing and you decide to leave your car overnight, no worries—just be sure to pick it up by 10:00 AM the next morning. We’ll provide transportation at the end of the night to The Hotel Concord and the after-party location. Uber and other rideshare services are also available for getting to and from the venue. Please note that transportation to the venue is not provided, and cars will need to be retrieved by 10:00 AM on Saturday.

Question

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?

Answer

We will only have shuttles at the end of the night departing from the venue. Please plan accordingly.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want our guests to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the moments. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like! Don't forget to share them with us!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we'd love to celebrate with everyone, because of venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your wedding invitation. We are grateful for your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes, kiddos are welcome! If your little ones are invited, it'll be noted on your invitation.

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

TBD

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible by RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. You will be missed!

Question

Who should I contact if I have questions?

Answer

If you have any questions or are unsure about anything, please reach out to a member of the wedding party. On the day of the wedding, our lovely coordinator, Devyn, or any of the available staff members at the barn will be happy to assist you. Please refrain from asking the bride and groom, as they will be officially off duty and focused on celebrating!
