When should I book my travel and accommodations?

Answer

Please book your travel and accommodations as early as you can, rooms and flights to the island tend to book up quickly in the summer months.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black-Tie: Floor‑length gowns and tuxedos. We encourage women to embrace the summer season with vibrant colors or playful prints. Please avoid wearing light blue gowns, as it will be reserved for bridesmaids only.

How do I get around the island?

Answer

While taxis are available on the island, if you’re looking to explore we recommend renting a car. If you are taking the ferry, we recommend renting in Seattle. Otherwise, you can rent from M & W Auto Sales & Rentals in Friday Harbor. (If you are renting a car in Friday Harbor, we recommend making your reservation early as rental cars may be limited.)

Is transportation provided for the Welcome Party and Wedding?

Answer

Yes. For the Welcome Party, we will have transportation available from Roche Harbor Resort and Friday Harbor House to San Juan Vineyard and back. For the Wedding, we will have transportation available from Friday Harbor House to Roche Harbor Resort and back. Additional details to come!
