Wedding Transportation
We are happy to provide complimentary shuttle transportation between our two preferred hotels and the wedding venue on both evenings so you can relax and enjoy the celebrations!

Wedding Party Transportation
The Read House: 4:00 PM (both shuttles)
Caption by Hyatt: 4:15 PM (both shuttles)
A shuttle will depart from the preferred hotels at 4:15 PM for members of the wedding party. This shuttle is reserved for bridesmaids, groomsmen, and their dates.
Welcome Party Transportation
The Read House: 6:45 PM (both shuttles)
Caption by Hyatt: 7:00 PM (both shuttles)
Shuttles will depart from the preferred hotels at 7:00 PM to bring guests to the welcome party. Return transportation to the hotels will be available at the conclusion of the evening.

Wedding Day Transportation
Shuttles will pick up guests from the preferred hotels at the following times:
The Read House: 2:30 PM (both shuttles)
Caption by Hyatt: 2:45 PM (both shuttles)
Return Transportation
For guests who wish to return to their hotels before the end of the evening, a shuttle will be available on standby to provide transportation throughout the night.
Guests are welcome to leave whenever they wish toward the end of the celebration. The final shuttle will depart the venue at 11:00 PM.
