Our dress code is Black Tie Optional. We encourage guests to dress up and celebrate with us! Since our venue is located on a mountain, temperatures may be cooler, especially in the evening, so we recommend bringing a jacket or wrap. We can't wait to see everyone dressed up!
We kindly ask that guests refer to their formal invitation for their allotted guest count. Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited.
We love your little ones! However, unless otherwise noted on your invitation, we kindly ask that our wedding celebration be adults-only. We appreciate your understanding!
We recommend arriving to the shuttle pickup 10-15 minutes before the scheduled pick up time for both nights.
Yes, parking is available at the venue for guests who choose to drive. However, please keep in mind that the drive up the mountain can be steep and winding, so it may not be the easiest drive for everyone. Additionally, rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are not available in the area at night. For this reason, we highly encourage guests to take advantage of the complimentary shuttle transportation provided from our preferred hotels. We want everyone to be able to relax and enjoy the evening!

Yes! We have reserved room blocks at two preferred hotels: The Read House Hotel and Caption by Hyatt Chattanooga. Please visit our travel page and use the links provided to book your stay. We encourage guests to reserve early, as rooms within our room blocks are limited. Complimentary shuttle transportation to and from the wedding venue will be provided for guests staying at either hotel, if you choose to stay at a different location and need the shuttle service, we encourage you to take an Uber or Lyft to either hotel.
We kindly ask that guests put away their phones and cameras during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present and enjoy the moment with us. We have hired a professional photographer to capture all of the special moments, and we promise to share plenty of photos afterward. Thank you for helping us keep this moment special!
