ASAP!!! Flights: Check online for best prices as they tend to be cheaper the earlier you book. Hotel: There are no room blocks available and all rooms at the hotels are first come first serve. Our discount/group rate at the Kaanapali Beach Hotel is open and active.
We have not been able to find a free airport shuttle service to the Kaanapali Beach Hotel, or the Kaanapali area for that matter. Based on reviews, the shuttle services that can be booked are expensive. Larger groups may be able to get better rates through the shuttle service companies, but that will take a little research. Uber and Lyft are options on the island and at the airport but availability of drivers varies widely, with early and late hours having few options. Renting a car is your safest bet and depending on where you are traveling to, or stopping, or visiting, having a rental car is the best option for getting around the island. A four day rental is nearly the same price as a round-trip shuttle to/from the airport.
Please see the page "Travel" for more details regarding hotel, condominiums and AirBnB options.
