Hotel
We have reserved a block of rooms for our guests at The Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh-Cary. Please use the link below to book in our discounted room block or call and mention the McMaster/Grove wedding. The room block will close on August 12th, 2025 - please book your room prior to the 12th! There will be transportation provided for guests from The Hilton Garden Inn to the wedding and return transportation at the end of the night!
Shuttle
September 12, 2025 3:30 pm - 11:00 pm
A shuttle will pick guests up at The Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh-Cary at 3:15 pm and depart at 3:30 pm for The Bradford. If you plan to use the shuttle please note how many seats we should reserve for your party when you RSVP. The shuttle will make a 10 pm return trip for any guests wishing to leave early and the final shuttle will depart The Bradford at 11 pm, including those who need to uber home! Note, Ubers are easier to catch from the hotel location.
