When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that all of our guests RSVP online by August 15th, 2025!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to our ceremony start time. Our ceremony starts at 4:30 pm in the afternoon. Please arrive between 4:00-4:20 pm.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved a block of rooms for our guests at a discounted rate. Please see the Travel tab for more details!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot on site for guests to park.

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We want to ensure everyone is well fed and feels taken care of. Please include this in your RSVP - choose any meal selection to move to the next page, once on the next page a question box will ask for any dietary restrictions, here please indicate either a vegan or vegetarian meal is needed!

Can I bring a date?

Your invitation will provide the invited list in your party. Please be sure and check your invitation envelope to confirm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our dress code is semi-formal — think elegant dresses, chic jumpsuits, suits or sport coats with slacks. Dress to feel your best — with a formal touch!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle will pick guests up at The Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh-Cary at 3:15 pm and depart at 3:30 pm for The Bradford. If you plan to use the shuttle please note how many seats we should reserve for your party when you RSVP. The shuttle will make a 10 pm return trip for any guests wishing to leave early and the final shuttle will depart The Bradford at 11 pm.
