WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE IN SEPTEMBER?
Answer
September in Kirkwood offers a perfect mix of crisp air, sunshine, and beautiful scenery—ideal for our wedding celebration in the heart of the Sierra Nevada. During the day, expect temperatures to be in the mid to high 60s°F, making it comfortable for outdoor festivities or exploring the stunning surroundings. As evening falls, temperatures will dip to the low 40s°F, so bring a light jacket or sweater to keep cozy while you enjoy the mountain breeze.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Answer
While we do not have a specific color dress code, we want you to feel comfortable and stylish while celebrating with us! We kindly encourage our guests to dress in semi-formal wedding attire. Since part of our celebration will be in the meadows, we recommend block heels, wedges, or dressy sandals for comfort and ease. Whatever makes you feel fabulous!

CHILDREN AND PLUS ONES

All guests have been invited with their immediate family in mind. A kids menu will be available to children for dining. Please note that our guest list was designed to create an intimate wedding celebration; however, if you would like to request a plus one - let us know!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to allow time to park, find your seat, and settle in before we say “I do!”

ARE THERE ANY HOTELS NEARBY?

Yes, we’ve partnered with the Kirkwood Mountain Resort for discounted rates on rooms. You can find more information under the "Accommodations" section of the website.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?
Answer
We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by August 1st. Due to venue requirements and planning logistics, we won’t be able to guarantee a seat for anyone who hasn’t responded by that date. Thank you for understanding—we want to make sure everyone who attends is comfortably accommodated!

WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

Dinner will be served buffet-style, with common allergens (like nuts, gluten, seafood, and dairy) clearly labeled on each dish. If you have any specific allergies or dietary needs we should be aware of, please don’t hesitate to text or email Nikki using the contact information below. We’ll do our best to accommodate you!
