Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding celebrations will be adults-only with the exception of immediate family and those specifically included on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We feel incredibly grateful to celebrate with our favorite people. The best gift of all is of course your presence at our wedding. For friends and family who have asked, we’ve put together a small registry with a few meaningful items for our home, and a future home fund as we start married life together. The registry can be found here on our website :).

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Ride share is encouraged, as parking near the venue is somewhat limited. There is street parking available in the surrounding area.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We do not have formal guest transportation planned, as all hotel blocks are located a short drive from the venue and rideshare services are readily available throughout Nashville. We highly encourage using Uber or Lyft for the evening. Street parking is available near the venue, and additional paid parking garages/lots are located nearby for guests who choose to drive.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire requested. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on grass, so guests may wish to plan footwear accordingly. We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing white or ivory attire.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We recommend guests arrive by 4:00 PM to allow time for parking, seating, and to settle in before the ceremony begins.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we’re only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on each invitation and RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We’ve reserved hotel blocks at a few nearby hotels for our guests. You can find additional details and booking links on the Travel page of our website. We recommend booking early, as October is a busy time in Nashville!

Are all guests invited to the Friday night welcome gathering?

Answer

Yes! We’d love for everyone to join us for a casual welcome gathering on Friday evening before the wedding. Additional details can be found on the Events page of our website. Please note that drinks will be available for purchase.
