How far is the hotel block from the venue?

Answer

Our hotel block is located about 30 minutes from the venue. While rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available in the area, their availability may be limited due to the venue's rural setting.

Will there be transportation provided to the venue?

Answer

A complimentary shuttle service will be available for guests who prefer not to drive. For detailed pick-up and drop-off times, please refer to our travel page.

Where do we go at the venue?

Answer

At Hammack Hills, you'll find two venues. Please proceed to the Clubhouse, located on the left, where you'll be greeted by "Cole & Caitie" directional signs to help guide your way. You can park in the designated lot as well as along the hill leading up the the venue space.

What is the Preception?

Answer

Think of this as a cocktail hour BEFORE the “I dos”! This is simply a time to gather and visit as guests arrive at the venue before the ceremony begins. There will be drink options available, but please do not bring them with you into the ceremony.

Please refer to your invitation and RSVP to determine the total number in your party.

Can our children come?

Answer

We LOVE kids, but unless directed on your invite and RSVP, we've chosen this to be an adult-only event. Enjoy the night out celebrating with us!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have an open bar for our guests with a variety of beer, wine, and seltzer options. We do encourage taking the shuttle, carpooling with a designated driver, or researching rideshare options if you plan to drink.
