If you plan to reserve other accommodations (Airbnb/VRBO/different hotel) or book at Homewood Suites by Hilton without using the wedding block, please notify the bride or groom so they have a generalized idea of how many people will be staying local.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Hartford-Farmington
To book, please call the hotel directly and mention DePalma-Sanders Wedding or book directly using the following link ( https://group.homewood-suites.com/lrith7 ). The King Bed Suite (1 King Bed, 1 Pullout Couch) listed on their website is $189 a night (plus taxes and fees). The rate is eligible for the night of Friday, September 6th, and Saturday, September 7th.
Flight
Bradley International Airport
Bradley International Airport in Connecticut is about a 30 minute drive to the venue. Other options for smaller airports would be Tweed-New Haven Airport (50 minutes from the venue), Westchester County Airport (1 hour and 30 minutes from the venue), or TF Green Airport in Rhode Island (1 hour and 45 minutes from the venue). For larger airports, Boston Logan International Airport in Massachusetts and LaGuardia Airport in New York are both slightly over a 2 hour drive to the venue.

If you are staying at Homewood Suites by Hilton, there is a shuttle available for guests to use on a first come, first served basis which will bring you anywhere within 5 miles (Tunxis is included in this range). When needing a ride, just call the front desk at 860-321-0000. Otherwise, an event code is also available for use with Lyft. After downloading the app, enter your destination. When choosing the form of payment, simply select 'Add Promo Code' and enter 'THESANDERS'. Then, continue confirming your ride. This $20 voucher, available from 1PM - 9PM, offers rides between Tunxis Country Club and Homewood Suites by Hilton. Guests are also welcome to drive themselves and are able to leave cars at the venue overnight, if needed.
