Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

This is an adult only event. We love your kids--we really do, but we want our wedding to be your night off!

Question

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel(s) and the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle will be picking guests up at 3:45pm from the Hampton Inn Utica and 4:00pm from the Double Tree by Hotel Utica. Shuttle will bring guests back to these hotels at 9:30pm or 10:30pm after the reception.

Question

Will the ceramony, cocktail hour, and reception take place outside?

Answer

Yes! This event will take place under a tent. Stilettos may not be the best choice...

Question

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying into Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR) since this airport is 57 miles away and the closest to the wedding destination. Albany International Airport (ALB) is 93 miles away.

Question

Are there any travel restrictions?

Answer

As of May 2021, if you are vaccinated and travel in the United States to NY, you do not need to get tested before or after travel or self-quarantine after travel. Please visit the website below for up-to-date travel restrictions regarding non-vaccinated travelers to NY: https://coronavirus.health.ny.gov/covid-19-travel-advisory

Question

Is there a wedding theme?

Answer

Yes. Vintage/rustic chic.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Of course! Just let us know on your RSVP.

Question

Are people required to wear a mask and social distance at these events?

Answer

As of May 2021, fully vaccinated people can resume activities without wearing a mask or physically distancing, except where required by federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules, and regulations, including local business and workplace guidance. It is recommended that non-vaccinated people continue to wear a mask and social distance.
