UPDATE: 10.27.24 Most of the wedding events are finalized. Surfing will likely be every day but the "official" event will be on the morning of the wedding. The ceremony time has been pushed up a little to 4:30pm since sunset is 5:30pm. Check the travel checklist on the Home page. Whale shark tour - we have moved this to Friday afternoon and reserved 16 spots which we would have to leave for at 1pm. However, we have updated that there are only 5 whale sharks in the area and there needs to be 10 for the area to be opened for tours. Confirmation will be the day before! Backup plan would be to try for Tues 11/12 if possible. The company will keep me posted. Please check the shuttle plan in the Transport and Stay tab! It's a little bit of stricter schedule getting there due to the dirt roads, but all is arranged the wedding day. We will plan on doing something else the day after on 11/11 to hang out with everyone! After party will be at Hidden Leaf!

Whale Shark Tour

La Paz

This will involve swimming with the whale sharks in a sanctuary. Will be about around $150 per person for half day. Most boats hold 10-14 people so everyone might not be with together. We'll inquire about a larger group depending on how many people are into this. Select "Will Attend" below just if you are interested in joining!

Beach Cocktail Attire

Think brighter colors, fun prints, light material (linen is calling your name), and airy dresses. You'll be feeling the sand between your toes. Bring some comfy shoes with block heels or wedges and flops to kick into easily! Shorts and nicer sandals are fine. We will provide a shuttle that will pick you up directly from where you are staying to the ceremony and drop you back off at the end of the night. Please be ready to be picked up!
