Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have a designated plus one on your invitation, absolutely! Otherwise, we are at capacity for our venue and cannot account for additional invitees.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Only if we have specifically indicated their names on your invitation or your invitation is addressed to your whole household (i.e. The Bush Family).

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

December 2nd. (Although, with the holiday season, sooner is definitely preferred!)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are asking that everyone dress in cocktail or formal attire. It is winter, but the barn venue is well-heated so feel free to layer as needed.

Will the Wedding be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place inside the barn. The only time you will be outside is the sparkler sendoff at the conclusion of the reception.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that you arrive and get settled in at your seats by 3:45PM so we can start the ceremony right at 4PM.

Is there parking for the venue?

Answer

There are 40 parking stalls surrounding our venue. If additional parking is needed, there is street parking and overflow parking across the street, at the Church, and at the Montessori School.

Note on Phone/Camera Usage

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony (phones silenced and put away) so that you are able to relax and have fun with us today! We are blessed to be working with a phenomenal photography and videography team who will be capturing the day from beginning to end. For the reception feel free to take pictures, but we ask that you leave the big moments (cake cutting, dances, etc.) to our amazing “memories team” (as we’ve dubbed them).
