All RSVP's are due by September 1st, 2023, however we'd love for you to respond asap! Head to the RSVP section of our website to easily check that off your list.
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as a "no." We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors and to the venue in the timely manner they have given us and cannot accept late RSVP's.
Friday night will be an elongated happy hour with heavy hors d'oeuvre and cocktails. It’s at a winery that’s also attached to a brewery! There will be mingling, reuniting and some speeches. If you are interested in dinner Friday night, we recommend making a reservation before or after the event.
For Friday night, wear what you would wear to a happy hour! For the wedding, it is elevated cocktail attire. Think suits, dresses, jumpsuits, etc., but no need to go too formal. Wear fun colors or a funky pair of shoes. Pick out something nice, no jeans. Don't be afraid to have fun with your outfits! Groovy optional ☺️
If you live locally and plan on bringing a car, or are renting a car, there will be parking at both the welcome party venue and the wedding venue. There is also street parking. Ubers/lyfts are extremely frequent in Denver, so calling one will be the quickest and easiest option!
We are asking guests to arrive to the venue at 5:00 pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:15 pm.
Yes! Both venues are handicap accessible
While we love all your little ones, we want all of the parents to be able to relax and enjoy themselves! With that, we have chosen to make our special day for adults only. Thank you for understanding!
Due to limited numbers, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on the wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will be included!
We're so thankful you're making the trip to celebrate with us. We've got room blocks at a couple hotels. Check out the 'travel' tab on the website for more information on how to book them!
Friday night's welcome event will have both indoor and outdoor space. We will be serving food and drinks inside, and there is plenty of seating outside for people to mingle and hang. For the wedding on Saturday, weather permitting, the plan is to have the ceremony indoors, the cocktail hour outdoors and the reception indoors. Throughout the reception, there will be outdoor access!
Yes! Think fall retro...Saturday night disco fever with all the warmth of fall colors.
Yes! We are doing a station style dinner option so you will have the opportunity to try a number of different dishes. We are accommodating all types of dietary restrictions and preferences.
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you!
Great question! We've got a page dedicated to that called 'things to do'. Head over to that tab for some recommendations.
