Hotels
• The venue is about 30 minutes from downtown. We suggest that you stay out in the Beaverton and Hillsboro areas to make things a little easier. • The Cedar Hills area in Beaverton is a great place if you want to be near food, shopping, and have easy access to both Downtown Portland and the venue. Some hotels we recommend include: - DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel – 15402 NW Cornell Rd, Beaverton OR 97006 - Townplace Suites by Marriott Hotels - 3900 SW 114th Ave, Beaverton, OR 97006 - Hyatt House - 12820 SW Crescent St, Beaverton, OR 97005 • The Hillsboro area is a great place if you want to be close to the freeway and venue. This is a little further West from downtown Portland. We’d recommend the Orenco Station area. • Airbnb and VRBO are also fan favorites, and there are plenty of cool options around here! • For the true PNW experience, pitch a tent in any of the surrounding forests or beaches. Bring your bug spray and be on the lookout for Sasquatch.

Getting Around
• Everything in the Portland area is 20 min away! Rental cars, Uber and Lyft will get you where you need to go. • Public Transportation is a great choice which can take you to all the major spots in town, but don’t rely on this to get you to the venue. • Want to blend in with the locals? Bring your shortest beanie cap, reddest flannel, and your most unnecessary boots to wear in a city. Add in the bike and the overpriced coffee and you can ride around anywhere! • Electric scooters – we got ‘em! Just no hospital visits please… Unless you have a cool picture and story! • Covered wagons…we got ‘em too! Just leave your dysentery at home.
