Travel Note
There will be 2 shuttle trips from the hotel to the venue prior to the ceremony at 4pm. Depending on guest count and need at the end of the night, a few shuttle trips will be made back to the hotel from the venue. If you didn’t book a hotel room at the hotel with our block of rooms, the shuttle can still provide transport for you to Fairmont. The trip from the hotel to the venue is about 15 minutes one way. Tentative shuttle schedule below: Trips from Hotel to Venue Prior to Ceremony: Depart Hotel at 2:50 and 3:30 Trips from Venue to Hotel During and After Dance: Depart Venue at 9:15, 10:00, 11:00 and 12:00

We have booked a block of rooms at the Best Western in Fairmont, MN. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the hotel from the venue. To book under the block, tell them you are part of the Neubrand/Cogdill wedding.
