Where can I stay?

We have a hotel block at Best Western in Fairmont, MN. Tell the hotel you are part of the Neubrand/Cogdill wedding! *Please book hotel rooms by September 19th*

Is there transportation from the venue to the hotel?

Answer

Yes. The venue is providing a 32 passenger shuttle bus. The bus will make a couple trips from the hotel in Fairmont to the venue prior to the wedding. The bus will make a few trips during/after the dance back to the hotel for whoever may need it. Final details to come later.

Details about ceremony, reception, and dance.

Answer

The ceremony, reception and dance are all at the same venue! This makes it easy for our guests to enjoy the night without having to travel. There will be some time between the ceremony and reception for a cocktail hour to allow time for the newlyweds to take a few more pictures and spend some time talking to guests! The dance will go until 11:30ish. All guests need to be out of the building by midnight.
