What is the dress code?

Cocktail attire is requested. Please no jeans or t-shirts! If you're unsure about an outfit feel free to contact the bride or groom to ask questions.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to limitations, we are unable to accommodate additional attendees. If your invite does not specify a plus one please do not bring one.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

We love your kiddos but the wedding is an 18+ event. We appreciate your understanding and hope you choose to join us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:45 pm to get upstairs and settled for a prompt ceremony at 4:00 pm. The staff are not able to accommodate late comers so please be on time as there will be no exceptions. Remember to be kind, things come up and if you are late the staff will let you know when you can enter post-ceremony.

Where should I park?

Answer

We want you to enjoy the day without the stress of parking downtown. Please use the valet service as a gift from us to you! Simply pull up to the loading zone in front of the building and a valet will assist you from there. There will be a link sent to your phone so you can request your car prior to your departure. Please note, if you plan to stay overnight, all cars must be moved from valet to an appropriate overnight spot before the end of the reception. We recommend parking at The Cherry Commerce parking garage located at 41 Cherry St. SW. It's a short 5-minute walk from the venue.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

An employee will stand at the entrance to help guide people inside. If you require the use of an elevator, let them know and they can direct you to one just inside. Otherwise, the venue is on the 2nd floor and the main entrance requires stairs.

Am I allowed to take photos?

Answer

Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony but by all means get those cameras out during the cocktail hour & reception. Don't forget to send you pictures to us so we can enjoy the fun too! As a courtesy, please also wait to post any pictures with the bride and groom in them to social media until we get the opportunity to share our happy union.

I have dietary restrictions, what should I do?

When you RSVP please indicate any dietary restrictions. The reception will have assigned seats so we can mark specific place settings as needed.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Short answer, YES! We have decided to have an open (and unlimited) bar and hope that you indulge. Please see the hotel tab for overnight accommodations and remember, if you use the valet services you will need to move your vehicle post ceremony and secure overnight parking before heading out for the evening.
