We love your kids, but we want our wedding to be your night off! Leave the kiddos with a sitter and come prepared to dance the night away! Also, please note that the venue has very strict rules on the presence of children during the event. We will not be able to make concessions due to these rules.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
Yes, we will have a shuttle from the Best Western and Holiday Inn in Auburn. Please check our accommodations page for details. If you have any additional questions, please contact the bride's father, Jerry Belden, via cell phone at (650) 207-6280.
Definitely not. You are welcome to sit it out and simply attend the ceremony. However, the event promises to be a lot of fun and way to help kick-off the evening. Also, it will be easier to organize carpooling and shuttling to Grand Sierra Pointe for the ceremony.
The ceremony will be outside rain or shine. We do not anticipate bad weather for the time of year, but mother nature has a mind of her own. In the event that it is raining, we will not expect any guests unwilling to get wet to attend the ceremony, but all are still welcome. The reception, however, will be indoors regardless of weather.
Outside alcohol is NOT permitted at the venue, per their liquor license. This also includes if you are staying at the Forest House Lodge in the rooms. Alcohol may purchased on-site and consumed anywhere on the premises at any time, as long as it is purchased before 2:00am.
Please feel free to contact the bride or groom at any time if you have any questions regarding the event.
