Tunnel Mountain Group Hike
10:00 am - 12:00 pm
This is a moderate hike, approximately 2 hours round trip. Please meet us at the Tunnel Mountain Trail Head (off St. Julien Rd) and be sure to wear sturdy hiking shoes and bring plenty of water.
Bonfire at Cascade Ponds
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Please bring your own blanket or chair, along with your beverage of choice. Camping chairs may also be rented for 24 hours from Snowtips-Bactrax Banff for approximately $15. Meet us here- https://maps.app.goo.gl/M8S7WxLueMEns1yg9 Dress warm!

Moraine Lake & Lake Louise
8:00 am - 3:00 pm
NOTE: This will require planning in advance. You cannot drive your car to either lake so we strongly recommend taking a tour with ViaVia. They offer public and private tours. ToniAnn and Cody will be taking a private tour with Via Via with family with pickup in Banff at 8am and arriving back in town at 3pm. We will start at Moraine Lake, take a scenic drive via Icefields Parkway, then go to Lake Louise. ViaVia offers private and public tour options. If you would like to take a public tour that mirrors our itinerary, select the "2 lakes combo" choose the earliest tour on Oct 1. If you would like to take a private tour, book it and ask to reflect our itinerary. Wear comfortable shoes and layers!
Banff Gondola at Sunset
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Join us for a cash bar at Peaks Patio before ToniAnn and Cody head to dinner at Sky Bistro. If you plan to dine at Sky Bistro or Northern Lights Alpine Kitchen (restaurants on top of gondola), we recommend making reservations in advance. Please note that gondola tickets are approximately CAD $88 per person, and advance purchase is recommended to secure your preferred time. We also suggest taking the Roam shuttle (Route 1) or ubering, as parking at the gondola is limited and fills quickly. Dress warmly! Western chic encouraged- think fur coats, hats, and boots!

Wedding Ceremony

Funky Formal: Think floor-length gowns or elevated cocktail dresses, and tuxes with neckties or bowties. Embrace the mid-century modern vibe with bold colors, playful prints, sequins, and statement accessories.
In October, temperatures can range from 30°F-60°F. Our ceremony will be short, but it will be outside. Fur coats encouraged! Shuttles to the ceremony will depart promptly from the Peaks Hotel at 3:30 PM and the Moxy Hotel at 3:40 PM. Please plan to arrive at your pickup location 10 minutes prior. Following the ceremony, transportation will be provided for all guests to Bluebird.
