Khanh is Thu's big sister and her ultimate ride-or-die. She has a special way of looking out for Thu, making her feel safe and loved. Khanh is incredibly passionate about everything she does. She is the person Thu looks up to the most and taught her everything she needed to know about life. She always has Thu's best interest in mind, constantly encouraging her to step outside of her comfort zone. She is sole reason Thu became the crazy cat lady she is today!

Eric has been one of Cody's best friends since the first grade. Cody would not be the person he is today without him by his side through thick and thin. The two of them survived many difficult tests together in elementary school and high school, played tennis and board games together during the pandemic, and even built a hole for a science project at Sunnyslope park that remained for years after.

Crystal is Thu's best roommate. They were randomly assigned to room together during their first year of college and remained roommates for 8 amazing years. Though she is small, she is mighty! Crystal has been a constant support who has seen Thu through thick and thin. Of all their shared memories, nothing quite captures their friendship like those countless car rides stuck in traffic, jamming to gangster rap! Ask her about Thu and Cody's embarrassing moments.

Mark and Cody's friendship dates back to Freshman year of high school, where they became close through shared science and math classes. They have travelled across the country together and Cody knows there's no one more reliable to have by his side for an adventure.

Trang is Thu's temple sister. She was the reason Thu looked forward to going to Sunday school every weekend. They share a history of enduring (and surviving) five years of intense summer and training camps together, which created an unbreakable bond. Trang is a beautiful soul, inside and out. She is hilarious, gives the absolute best advice, and will always put 110% of her effort into everything—especially the people she cares about.

David and Cody have known each other since the seventh grade and is the first person that Cody gave a ride to after getting his driver's license. No matter where life takes them in the world, they know that they can always reconnect as if no time has passed.

Jam is one of Thu's best friends since high school. You won't find a nicer or more reliable human being—she's truly the best! Jam always knows how to make everyone laugh and lighten the mood. Their friendship is defined by fun spontaneity, including the days when Jam would just show up at Thu's house, leading to the best unexpected sleepovers.

Cassie has been one of Thu's best friends since high school (though they've known each other since middle school!). Ever since they met, Cassie has been the definition of a thoughtful, loyal, and incredibly punctual friend—she's never late for anything! She also has a great sense of style, a fantastic taste in music, and a love for reading.

Traci is Cody's younger sister and Thu's future sister-in-law. Traci is very intelligent, beautiful, and loves to travel. She is very into skin care and inspired Thu and Cody to adopt their own routine. She also likes to make fun of the way Thu pronounces certain words. She never wanted a cat until Thu made her take care of Kitty, now she owns three cats.
