To book a room, call the Delamar West Hartford at 860-937-2500, and let them know you’d like to book a room as part of the Robidoux/Figueiredo wedding. By doing so, you will also receive the discounted rate we have set up for our guests, of $249/night, before taxes and fees. For guests staying at the hotel, there will be a shuttle provided for transportation from the hotel to the venue, then back to the hotel after the wedding. The shuttle will leave the Delamar at 5:30pm, so please arrive to the shuttle by 5:15pm.
