This little spot is easy to miss, but cozy and delicious once you're inside! We recently discovered it, and highly recommend you check it out. Since the place is small, you will likely need to call and make a reservation before dining in.
Avert is a French restaurant right in West Hartford Center!
This is where we had dinner on our first date! We recommend the patatas bravas, spiced beef empanadas or the chorizo with fig(ueiredo)s! Barcelona has incredible brunch!
This is where Cody and I tried to go on our first date for dinner, but the wait was 2 hours, and we felt that maybe that was a bit long for a first date! We love it here - the spicy margarita is our favorite menu item, but switch it up and add Guava to make it sweet & spicy.
Tasty tapas & drinks!
Cafe Sofia has delicious coffee, crepes, ice cream and more!
The Gastropark has rotating food trucks, depending on the season, and has a full bar and kitchen inside. If you go in the morning, you can also grab coffee and a pastry inside from Small State Provisions (Bakery) and Alvarium Roasting (Coffee shop).
This is our current favorite restaurant in town - get the grapefruit martini or bourbon smash! This restaurant also has great gluten-free options.
Delicious coffee and pastries!
Ice cream, candy and fudge - all you need!
French comfort food, wine and cocktails!
Max Oyster is delicious, a bit fancy, and has the best dirty martini in town! (According to Meesh)
This is where Cody and I officially met in person, after matching on a dating app. Their pizza and beer are incredible! Get a "Blender" beer - they have rotating fruit flavors, and are a personal favorite.
This is our favorite coffee shop in town. It is about a mile from our house, so we often walk there to grab a morning coffee. They have awesome seasonal coffee flavors, and are open until 5pm every day!
Cody and I will regularly go here after getting dinner, to sit at the bar for a glass of wine and a cannoli. The food is incredible too, so give it a try!
Brick oven pizza, made to your liking - check out Savoy if you are looking for a cozy spot for pizza & cocktails. Cody and I love to go here on Sundays to watch football games at the bar!
This is the place to be on weekend nights. We recommend the "Ruby" pizza, and mozzarella sticks!
Italian food at it's finest - try the cheese board, espresso martini, and pasta of your choosing (they are all delish!).
This restaurant is in Blue Back Square, right up the street from the Delamar hotel. The food is delicious, and the drinks are even better! They are known for a wide selection of wine and bourbon, but have all sorts of options to choose from.
Sports bar - lots of local and national beers on tap, and TVs EVERYWHERE.
Delicious Mediterranean food - try the 'hummus of the day'!
Zephyr's has what they call "Street Style" pizza. It is absolutely incredible, and one of our favorite take-out pizza spots in WeHa (which is a big compliment, because there are pizza places on every corner)!
Great food and incredible cocktails!
